AJ started in sales at 18, knocking on 10,000+ doors for a national painting company. By 21 he was running a team of 15–20 sellers — and already obsessed with the craft of engineering systems that produced consistent revenue instead of heroic months.
After founding his first agency, he hit the same wall every B2B founder hits: how do you build pipeline without a war chest for ads? He rebuilt the answer from cold email and LinkedIn outbound and treated it like a system, not a side activity.
In 2017–2018 he ran the agency from a Sprinter van crossing the U.S. Inside weeks of installing a consistent outbound process, revenue scaled to $10–15k/mo — not from luck, but from the first real version of a repeatable pipeline engine.
