AJ Cassata got his start in sales at 18, knocking on over 10,000 doors for a national painting company. By 21, he was managing a team of 15–20 salespeople - and falling in love with the craft of building systems that generated consistent revenue.
After founding a digital marketing agency, he faced a familiar B2B problem: how do you land clients without a massive ad budget? He turned to cold email and LinkedIn outbound and became obsessed with making it work.
In 2017–2018, he built his agency from a Sprinter van while crossing the U.S. Within weeks of running a consistent outbound process, revenue was scaling to $10–15k/month - not from luck, but from a repeatable system.
In 2020, he rebuilt as Revenue Boost and hit $50,000 in new client revenue within six months. That same system - refined across 600+ campaigns - is what we use for every client today.
