Talks That Leave Founders
With a Working Playbook
AJ Cassata speaks on B2B outbound, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and building the kind of pipeline that doesn't depend on referrals or paid ads. Every talk is built from inside 400+ real engagements. Tactical, specific, and immediately usable.
Why Book AJ
Operator on Stage. Not a Keynote Performer.
Most speakers on B2B sales recycle frameworks they read in a book. AJ has built three companies, run 600+ outbound campaigns across 50+ niches, and installed pipeline systems inside 400+ B2B businesses. Every talk is drawn from in-market engagements, including the ones that didn't work and why.
The bar is simple: an audience should walk out with a clearer mental model of how B2B pipeline actually works, the exact diagnostic questions to ask of their own business, and 2–3 plays they can run on Monday morning. Nothing abstract, nothing vendor-neutral, nothing dressed up for the stage.
If you want a talk where the slides quote Gartner, this isn't it. If you want a founder leaving the room with a notebook full of specifics, it is.
Every Talk Includes
- 30-minute pre-event scoping call
- Tailored material based on your audience's stage and ICP
- Tactical frameworks pulled from real client engagements
- Live examples and teardowns (with permission)
- Q&A and audience interaction built into the format
- Optional post-talk worksheet or play sheet for attendees
- Follow-up resource bundle for organisers to share with attendees

Track 2 is AI for Business: practical, intentional use of AI to make professionals more effective, launch businesses faster, and run modern marketing. Built for students, aspiring founders, and marketers. Every talk is drawn from real client engagements and AJ's own businesses, not theory.
Can AJ lecture at universities or student events?
Yes. The Track 2 AI lectures are designed for university students, MBA programs, accelerators, and student entrepreneurship societies. Format flexes from a 45-minute lecture to a full-day workshop where attendees leave with their own AI-built business plan or marketing plan.
What's the speaking fee?
Fees vary by format (keynote vs workshop vs panel), audience size, travel, and whether the event is private or commercial. Reach out via the contact form below with event details and we'll send a clean proposal within 48 hours.

AJ is based in Vietnam and travels internationally for the right events. Most engagements are in North America, the UK, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Virtual keynotes and workshops are also available.
Can AJ customise a talk for our audience?
Yes. Every talk is tailored. We start with a 30-minute scoping call to understand the audience's stage (early-stage founders, scaling agencies, sales leaders, etc.), the outcomes you want them to walk out with, and how the talk fits into your event's arc.
Do you run workshops for a single company?
Yes. Private workshops typically run a half-day or full-day for founder cohorts, sales teams, or operator groups. Attendees leave with built assets (ICP profiles, sequences, scripts, dashboards), not just notes.
How far in advance should we book?
For keynotes, 8–12 weeks is comfortable; 4–6 is workable. For private workshops, 4–6 weeks. Short-notice asks are sometimes possible. Send the date and we'll be straight with you about availability.
