B2B Sales Closing: How to Present Your Offer So Prospects Say Yes

Part 2 of AJ's 7-step framework: present your offer so it feels tailored, split the pitch into two phases so objections surface before pricing, and end every call with a real decision.

Present So It Feels Tailored

This is Part 2 of AJ’s seven-step sales framework: presenting the offer. You did the discovery, now do not blow it in the pitch. The core principle is that the presentation should feel, and actually be, tailored to the prospect. That means presenting live instead of emailing a proposal, keeping it a conversation, opening with a recap of their situation and goals, and structuring the pitch top-down: outcomes first, then the process, going only as deep as the buyer wants.

Split the Pitch Into Two Phases

The tactic that changes closing rates: present in two phases. First explain the process and how it works, then stop and pull out objections. Only after that do you present pricing. You need two separate yeses, one on the solution and one on the price, so objections surface early instead of dumping at the end. Then always ask for the business, so every call ends in one of three outcomes: yes, no, or another meeting booked. Never limbo.
